Weather Forecast Update J&K till 23rd May
The Kashmir's Spring Season has ended which gives heaven like pleasure to the people of Kashmir as well as the tourists coming from within the nation and outside the nation.This year Spring season has been mostly rainy in Kashmir as a result in minimal rise in temperature.
The Month of may is usually a month of start of summer with temperatures between 25 degrees to 30 degrees which have not happen yet because of the wet weather.The temperatures have remained mostly been under 20 degrees.
Due to this uneven temperatures and wet weather farmers are also suffering restricting them to not perform their daily farming activities.The Srinagar MET Centre is keeping the common as well tourist people updated regarding the daily changes in weather.The tourists can make their plans accordingly.
The Met Centre Srinagar have released their weather forecast till 23rd May 2024 which is given below as follows :
𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙩
●12th May:Generally cloudy with intermittent light to moderate Rain (light snow over higher reaches) at most places with thunder/Lightning/Hailstorm/Gusty winds at few places.
●13th May: Partly to Generally cloudy with Light Rain/thunder at few places.
●14-18th May: Generally dry weather.
●19th May: Generally cloudy with Light Rain/Thunder at few places towards A/N.
●20-23rd May: Generally dry weather.

●Farmers are advised to suspend farm operations during next 24 hrs.
●Possibility of Landslides and shooting stones at few vulnerable places.
●Possibility of Hailstorm/Gusty winds with thunder/Lightning at few places.
●Ovoid Boating and Shikara riding during inclement weather.
