Further, the multiple posts/items for which the candidates falling in consideration zone have been considered is annexed as Annexure B for convenience and reference of the candidates. In case, any item is missing in Annexure B against any candidates name/roll number, such candidates are advised to submit clubbing requests as per the format enclosed (Annexure C) from 02-02-2024 to 04-02-2024 through email ikssbclubbingrequest@gmail.com ONLY. No representation in this regard shall be accepted after 04-02-2024.
The candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original, along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):
1. Copy of Online Application Forms.
2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.
3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
5. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. Matric/10+2 Marks Sheet / Diploma, if applicable.
8 . Valid HGV/PSV Driving License, Hill Driving License, etc.
9 . Other documents as per prescribed Qualification/Certificates mentioned in the Advertisement Notification.
10. Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
11. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted by candidates at the time of their D.V. (as per
Annexure C). 12. The candidates must also submit their order of preferences for various items/posts against advertisement notification numbers 05 of 2021, 02 of 2022, 04 of 2022, 01 of 2023, 07 of 2020 (as per Annexure D) in offline mode to the document verification committees. 13. Print out of preferences already filled by the candidates for various items of Notification No. 04 of 2022 at the time of filling of their application form.
14. All such candidates need to submit an Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit, where the prescribed qualification is Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2. The undertaking should be in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by the Executive Magistrate 1 Class to the effect that:
a. He/she is possessing the minimum qualification of Matric and Maximum of 10+2 and he/she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post as on cut-off date. b. If at any stage of the selection or later on, it is found that he/she is possessing the higher
qualification than that is prescribed for the post, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have for the said post(s) be rejected. objection if his/her name
15 . For Ex-Servicemen (ESM):-
a. Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces. b. Candidates shall produce ESM certificate issued by the respective Zila Sainik Welfare
Officer (ZSWO).
Candidates need to submit an Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit that the candidate has not availed benefit of Horizontal Reservation earlier. The undertaking should be in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by the Magistrate 1ª Class.
d. If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she has already availed the benefit of Horizontal Reservation earlier, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have no objection if his/her name for the said post(s) be rejected.
The candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee(s) on the scheduled date shall forfeit their right to selection.
Note:-
1. Candidates are advised to exercise due caution while filling their order of preferences as per Annexure D.
2. Candidates while giving preferences for various items should exercise maximum care and once the item is allotted to a candidate in the selection then no change whatsoever shall be made even in case a candidate is found not in possession of the requisite qualification/certificate.
